Baby chicks are here!

So, what did you get in the mail this week?? Betcha it wasn't as exciting as cute, fuzzy, day-old baby chicks! Who would've thought you can receive live poultry via USPS?! The boys each chose the breed they wanted online a few weeks ago... and they are so excited to see them when they're grown. Caleb and Adam picked the really funky looking types with crazy top feathers and feathered feet. Luke chose the kind that lay colorful, speckled eggs. Waaay too much excitement around here!!

I responded to Becky's question on her blog... but just in case anyone else is thinking about ordering chickens... we ordered them from McMurray Hatchery. Soooo cute!
