Caleb's choir

Caleb joined the school choir this year... here is the Christmas Concert. Thanks Gma & Big Gpa for coming down! Before the concert I asked him where he'd be standing so I'd know where to sit. "In the front, Mom. I'm kinda short." REALLY?! I wonder where he got that!? ;)

Feed Me!

FEED ME NOW! Little Anne looks like she is going to hurt someone if she doesn't get some food! Next photo: a happy little camper with a full belly!! She is sooo fun and just a sweetheart! We all just eat her up!

Toothy Luke

All Luke wants for Christmas is his TWO FRONT TEETH! He wiggled his teeth so much they just HAD to come out! :) He was sooo excited to get $$ from the tooth fairy.

Farm Animals

Caleb saw me posting pictures this morning and said, "You have to put the animals on there, Mom!" So... here they are! The bottom chicken is our prettiest one... and she lays blue eggs! We have 14 hens that lay between 9-12 eggs a day and 4 pigs named Pork Chop, Bacon, Sausage, and BabyBack Spare Ribs. The first time we ate BBQ ribs the boys thought they were in heaven. Caleb said, "I don't think I'll ever eat another meal as good as this one!"








And coming soon.... HONEY BEES! There's Eric in his beekeeper suit. We were given a couple of hives this fall and we'll buy 2 more in the Spring.

some fresh honey!

Crazy Garden

We grew some funky fruit in our garden this year.... We fed the horse lots of melons and squash last summer and put all the manure in the garden this spring.... and well... here is a great example of cross-pollination!! This one had the shape of a squash, the outside color was dark like a zucchini, the inside flesh was orange like a cantaloupe, and it tasted like a cucumber!

Halloween 2008

Okay, I put up that ONE picture and told TWO people about my blog.... one of those was Cherryl... and now she linked my blog to hers... Now the pressure is REALLY on to post something! :)


Little LadyBug Anne, Caleb the Army man, Luke SkyWalker, and M&M swordfighter. Adam wanted to carry a light saber like Luke, so he called himself a "M&M swordfighter". It really confused everyone who asked what he was! :)

Okay, Okay!! I am caving into peer pressure and uploading a few pictures..... We'll see how this all works!
